Orders & Shopping
How do I place an order?
Browse our store, add products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Select your delivery method, enter your delivery address, and complete payment. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You can request a change or cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting us on WhatsApp at 081 446 3877 or emailing supportcare@strykerretail.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — you’ll need to follow our returns process instead.
Do I need an account to shop?
No — you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track your orders, save your delivery addresses, and view your order history. It only takes a minute to sign up.
Is the product I see on the website in stock?
We do our best to keep product availability accurate. If an item shows as available, it should be in stock. In the rare event that a product becomes unavailable after you’ve placed your order, we’ll contact you immediately and offer an alternative or full refund.

Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via PayFast, Paystack, Ozow (instant EFT), and WalletDoc. These cover credit/debit cards, instant EFT from all major SA banks, and digital wallet payments. See our Payment Methods page for full details.
Is it safe to pay on strykerretail.co.za?
Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption (HTTPS) and all payments are processed by PCI DSS compliant payment providers. We never store your card or banking details on our servers.
My payment failed — what should I do?
First, check that your card details are correct and that you have sufficient funds. Try a different payment method if the problem persists. If you’re still having trouble, WhatsApp us on 081 446 3877 and we’ll help sort it out.
Do you accept cash on delivery?
No — we do not offer cash on delivery. All orders must be paid for online before they are dispatched.

Delivery & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days from dispatch. Remote and rural areas may take slightly longer. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched so you can monitor progress.
Do you deliver to my area?
Yes — we deliver to all 9 provinces in South Africa, including townships, small towns, and rural areas. If you’re unsure about your area, WhatsApp us and we’ll confirm. For Botswana, shop at bw.strykerretail.com and for Namibia at na.strykerretail.com.
How do I get free shipping?
Free standard delivery is automatically applied to all orders over R1,500. No discount code needed — it’s applied at checkout based on your cart total.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery. You can also track at strykerretail.co.za/track-order.
Can I collect my order from a pickup point?
Yes — we offer pickup via Pargo (4,000+ locations including Checkers and pharmacies) and Paxi (PEP stores nationwide). Select your preferred pickup option at checkout.

Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items in their original, unused condition. Faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full. See our full Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
How do I return an item?
Contact us first on WhatsApp (081 446 3877) or email (supportcare@strykerretail.com) with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process. Do not send items back without authorisation.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund goes back to your original payment method.
I received a damaged or wrong item — what do I do?
Take photos of the item and packaging immediately and contact us within 48 hours on WhatsApp (081 446 3877) or email (supportcare@strykerretail.com). We’ll replace or refund you — no arguments.

My Account
How do I create an account?
Click “My Account” at the top of any page and select “Register.” Fill in your details and you’re done. You can also create an account during checkout.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
Go to the login page and click “Lost your password?” Enter your email address and we’ll send you a reset link. If you don’t receive it, check your spam folder or contact us.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at supportcare@strykerretail.com with the subject “Delete My Account” and we’ll process your request within 5 business days in accordance with our Privacy Policy and POPIA.
