When will my order be processed after payment?
Card and instant EFT payments are confirmed immediately. Your order will be processed within 1โ2 business days of payment confirmation.
Is it safe to save my card details?
Card details are stored securely by PayFast or Paystack โ never by Stryker Retail directly. You can choose to save or not save your details at checkout.
Do you accept cash on delivery?
We do not currently offer cash on delivery. All orders must be paid for online before dispatch.
